Language selection support for direct calls


Language selection support for direct calls

End-users making direct calls to agent phone numbers and agent extension numbers can select their language at the start of a call.

Administrators: The Add Number and Edit a Number dialogs, located at Settings > Call > Phone Numbers > Phone Number Management, have a new Set languages checkbox (when the Set as a direct number checkbox is selected). When you select the Set languages checkbox, the Select languages list appears.
