Gemini Enterprise: Observability for agents (GA)

Observability for Gemini Enterprise is now generally available (GA). This includes:

• Configuring observability settings at the app level and for individual agents. • Viewing metric dashboards in Metrics Explorer and on the agent's Metrics tab. • Viewing trace spans in Trace Explorer and on the agent's Traces tab.
