Skip account or record creation for HubSpot

You can configure your instance to prevent the automatic creation of accounts and records in HubSpot while ensuring that data such as media files and transcripts is preserved. You can configure how the system handles closed records when a record ID is passed using the SDK.

Administrators:

• The following new settings are available at Settings > Operation Management > CRM Record Creation Details:

Skip CRM account creation • Skip CRM account lookup • Skip CRM record creation • Closed record options when record ID is passed in via SDK

Create new record • Reopen record
