Repeat contacts data is now available in the following advanced reporting dashboards:

• Real-time Queue Monitoring - Calls and Real-time Queue Monitoring - Chats: new Total Repeat Contacts tile. • All Interactions - Calls and All Interactions - Chats: new Repeat Contact column in the Call Metric Detail and Chat Metric Detail tables. • Real-time Calls - Calls Connected and Real-time Chats - Chats Connected: new Repeat Contact column in the Connected Calls and Connected Chats tables.
