Generally Available: Custom Voice portal experience in Microsoft Foundry

Azure AI Speech moves the Custom Voice authoring experience into the Microsoft Foundry portal in general availability. Approved Custom Voice customers can now upload voice talent recordings and consent statements, run data quality checks, train neural voi
