Generally Available: File share centric management model (Microsoft.FileShares) for Azure Files

The new file share service management experience for Azure Files is now generally available for NFS 4.1 shares on SSD storage. Powered by the Microsoft.FileShares resource provider, file shares are now top-level Azure resources that you can create, secure
