Generally Available: Content Understanding extractionMode for documents

Content Understanding in Microsoft Foundry now supports an extractionMode setting that lets you choose how documents are analyzed. Pick a layout-aware mode for structured documents where tables, sections, and reading order matter, or a faster text-only mo
